Architect

HDL, a sister concern of Shahida Obayed Group (SOG), is looking for a qualified Architect for its ongoing real estate projects. The candidate should have strong design capability and practical experience in residential developments.

Requirements:

• BSc in Architecture from a recognized university
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience
• Strong design and planning skills
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural designs and drawings
• Coordinate with engineering and site teams
• Ensure design quality and compliance
• Support project execution
